I've used Yahoo mail for a really long time, but because GMail is more compatible with my phone, I've decided to set up a GMail account as my main inbox.
Is there any way to have all of my Yahoo mail sent to my GMail inbox so I don't have to always check both?

You can set up forwarding, but that's only available to yahoo plus users.
So unless $30 a year is worth it, then you'll have to grin an bear, or actually migrate to the new one, change all your accounts online with the old mail, and notify everyone of your new address.
