Did you send a threat to cancel my account if I don;t fill out a form? It came from alertservicemail266@gmail?
DO NOT reply. This is a phishing scam attempting to get you to give them all your personal info. It's not from Yahoo, just delete it and ignore it. Good luck and be careful.
Reply:It was probaly a scam to get your personal information. Do not respond to it.
Report it to yahoo, so they are aware.
