i have sent an important email lately via my gmail account, and i didnt receieve any reply, i'm afraid there was a problem and it was not sent successfully ..

How to make sure that an email was sent by my gmail ?
yes, there is a way when you send your message it should EITHER bring you back into you inbox or it waould say "message succesfully sent" if it says or does one of the two you are ok
Reply:I have gmail when I first signed up I sent an email to myself and it came. The only way it wouldn't come if your internet is slow or if you click on report spam or try F5 on the keyboard to refresh and see if it is there or go to google help page.
Reply:You can check it by going to your gmail page. In "Inbox" check than "sent". You should find it their.
