From my gmail id, i not able to send invitation or chat request of one of my frnd. Why??

Hi friends





i have an gmail id " mahjain2006@gmail.com"





from this id , invitation for opening account , and request for chating on gmail, are sending to other frnds, but i not able to send request to one of my frnds " pallavi.hase@gmail.com"





but from other gmail id, request for chat are sending to this id,





and when i received request from her and i accepted that request, even yet i not able to chat with her





can u tell me reason behind this
