with a big file like that i will usually upload it to a site like http://www.rapidshare.com or http://www.megaupload.com, and then send them the link so they can download it.

Theres plenty of site that can help you. Most have a free part that limit the size of the file and a paying part for a much larger size. the site i use is yousendit.com, with a free account 28mb is no problem. There is another site that i forgot the name of it, but if you wanted to pay a monthly fee i believe you could send like 20gb files.
Reply:You probably can't send attachments that large.
I use http://www.yousendit.com. I think and hope it's still free.
