... I've double checked the settings according to what gmail says they should me and everything seems to match up but I still can't send anything. Someone help please?
I access my gmail account through outlook express. I receive messages just fine but I can't send them...?
Check your SMTP settings - address, security - sending email is SMTP (simple mail transfer protocol).

Great program for notifying you about receiving mails. but also you can sent GMail messages with this program
Reply:check in the setting that you have authorised the server in the inbox.its a box you have to tick on the bottom right of the screen
