First go to your yahoo address book.





click on Import and Export





go all the way down to export





click on EXPORT NOW next to Yahoo! CSV (remember where you save this file.)





now go to gmail.





Then, you can import the file and transfer your contacts to your Gmail account. Note that you can only import up to 3000 contacts at a time. If you have more than 3000 contacts, you'll need to create multiple CSV files to upload.
